From the moment you set foot in the Bar de L’Encan, you feel the buzz of positive energy. Their Facebook page lists not only the weekly specials (offered Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), but also the musicians and DJs who will be setting the tone for the evening.
