Housed in a scenic riverfront building designed by Indigenous architect Douglas Cardinal, the Museum is one of Canada’s most popular and offers spectacular venues for large to intimate banquets, cocktail receptions, conferences, meetings, concerts and more. Options include our majestic Grand Hall — with its large indoor collection of totem poles and house fronts — and the elegant circular Hub in our signature gallery, the Canadian History Hall. The Museum offers multiple event spaces, such as meeting rooms, a giant-screen cinema and a 503-seat theatre suitable for all kinds of events.
