THE PHOTOS IN OUR IMAGE BANK ARE TO BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE OUTAOUAIS AS A TRAVEL DESTINATION, AND FOR EDITORIAL PURPOSES.

Photo licence: Outaouais Tourism hereby grants you a free, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence allowing you to use the chosen photographs (“the Material”) under the following conditions:

1. The use of the Material is limited to non-commercial uses only, and for the specific purpose of promoting the travel destination “the Outaouais.” The Material shall not in any way be used in advertising campaigns.
2. The Material shall not in any way be used for the purpose of selling or reselling promotional items.
3. To the extent possible, the Material shall include the appropriate credits (name of photographer or owner of copyrights on licensed photograph) as supplied by Outaouais Tourism, and these credits will be clearly identifiable.
4. By granting this licence, Outaouais Tourism does not in any way transfer any intellectual property rights relative to the Material.
5. Any use of the Material for purposes other than those set forth in this licence is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Outaouais Tourism.
