Phare Ouest

The adventure started with the poetry evenings more than 10 years ago. The event, which travelled from Cinema Lyn to Chutes Coulonge to George Bryson House, drew good crowds each year. In 2015, the volunteer group launched a repertory cinema program. In 2016, the project gained momentum. In 2018, the le Festival international du cinema des femmes de Fort-Coulonge was officially created. The non-profit organization Phare Ouest takes off in 2019. Summer 2021, we are preparing the permanent illumination of the Félix Gabriel Marchand Bridge.
