The miche is one of their classic products and best sellers. Carefully crafted from 100% homemade sourdough and stone-ground organic flour from Les Moulins de Charlevoix, it is the result of several months of development to perfect the recipe. Every morning, many regular customers start their day with a slice of this authentic bread.

Those with a sweet tooth shouldn’t miss their lemon tart. Balanced and refreshing, it is another must-try at this gourmet destination.

Here, the seasons directly inspire the team’s creations. Depending on the harvest, the display cases fill with desserts, pastries, and savoury dishes showcasing the best local products.

Throughout the seasons, the team features strawberries and raspberries from Potager Eardley, vegetables from Labelle & St-Amour – Ferme maraîchère in Ripon, chicken from Saveurs des Monts, and products from Ferme Moreau, including ham and chorizo. Maison Oddo also works with Happy Bee, Verger Croque-Pomme, Courges et cie, and Les Moulins de Charlevoix.
