L'Outaouais en cuisine

Tourisme Outaouais is proud to present, in partnership with the École hôtelière de l'Outaouais, the second edition of the gourmet contest: L'Outaouais en cuisine. The event aims to showcase the culinary talents of the region's chefs, while inspiring the next generation. Each participating chef will be asked to create a savoury or sweet bite, which will be prepared with a team of students from the École hôtelière de l'Outaouais. The bites will be served at a cocktail reception at the École hôtelière de l'Outaouais. Participate in the event, vote for your favorite bites and enjoy local culinary talent.
