A fishing trip and some hiking

Choose your fishing spot through the Association des pourvoiries du Baskatong (Baskatong Outfitters Association). The reservoir is home to several species of fish, including rainbow trout and Arctic char. At the CarpeDiem campground near Lake Edja, spend the night in a ready-to-camp unit, hanging tent or other rustic shelter. It’s a great place to go paddleboarding and kayaking, too! Next up, a hike in the Parc régional du Mont Morissette. Take in the breathtaking view from the top of the observation tower. The perfect combination of activities to make the most of this beautiful corner of the Outaouais!
